Project: Englewood ADU

Designed with future rental potential in mind, the ADU includes thoughtful touches like an in-unit washer and dryer, ample storage, and energy-efficient systems such as a tankless water heater and mini-split heating and cooling. Every detail focuses on maximizing comfort, functionality, and sustainability.

While the project is currently on hold after the concept phase, it holds tremendous promise for the future. I’m passionate about specializing in ADU designs that blend style, efficiency, and comfort—creating inspiring spaces that enhance the value and livability of any property.

This exciting Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) project in Englewood, Colorado, is designed to seamlessly complement the existing Craftsman-style home while adding valuable living space. The 560-square-foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light, making it feel much larger than its size.
